Creating your book
Do I need to pay before seeing the book?
No. You create a free preview first, review it, edit it if needed, and only pay if you decide to print the book.
Is the final product digital or physical?
The main product is a physical printed book. Your preview helps you review the content before ordering the printed version.
Can I edit the book before printing?
Yes. You can review and edit the preview before you place your order.
What exactly is included in the printed book?
A 36-page personalized illustrated story, printed in A4 size on silk paper, available as hardcover or softcover, with a printed memory photo inside.
Where are Stanly books printed?
Stanly books are printed in the USA, the UK, France, or Australia, by our production partners. We route each order to the closest facility to reduce transit time and impact.
How long will it take to receive my book?
Production takes 3 to 5 business days after your order. Shipping takes 2 to 10 business days after production, depending on your region.
Orders and support
What happens after I approve the preview?
Once you approve your preview, we lock the final print-ready file, send it to our production partner, print, bind, quality-check, and ship your book.
What if the printed book is damaged or misprinted?
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective because of a production issue on our side, we will offer a free reprint or another fair resolution.
What if I notice a typo after I approve the book?
If a mistake was visible in the approved preview, we cannot guarantee a free reprint. If the printed book differs from the approved preview because of our production or fulfillment error, we will make it right.
What if my package doesn't arrive?
If your package stops moving in transit, please contact us. We'll first check with the carrier. If there is no tracking movement for 10 business days, we'll investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, or there is still no movement after 15 business days, we'll arrange a replacement print or another fair solution.
Privacy and company
Is Stanly safe for children's photos?
If your book includes a child's name or photo, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have the parent or guardian's permission. We use this content only to create and fulfil your book.
How long do you keep my story and photos?
We keep your project data for the lifetime of your account, so you can return to your book whenever you want. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Can I delete my preview and uploaded content?
Yes. You can ask us to delete your project data whenever you want, and we will remove it from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and operational requirements.
